Asma works closely with our client to ensure the services they are provided are of the highest calibre and meets their individual needs. She assures our quality and safety standards by continually looking over and improving our processes, actively following through escalation to ensure customer’s needs are met, and keeping our clients up to date and informed of progress. She is the referral point for her colleagues when dealing with issues or complex problems.
